You are cordially invited to a reception celebrating the Ohio-based alumni of Alexander von Humboldt Foundation (AvH), German Research Foundation (DFG) and German Academic Exchange Service (DAAD) programs.
The event will take place on Monday, October 6, from 6:30–8:30 p.m. (EDT) at The Faculty Club at Ohio State University, 181 Oval Dr S, Columbus, OH 43210.
This reception is part of a week-long visit by senior staff of the German Embassy’s Science and Technology Department, along with colleagues from AFAvH, DAAD, Fraunhofer USA, the German Center for Research and Innovation New York, and the German Research Foundation to promote Germany as a premier research destination in the Midwest.
The evening will provide an excellent opportunity to network with fellow alumni and to connect with representatives from two of Germany’s major funding institutions. Advance registration is required, and you’re welcome to bring a guest. We look forward to seeing you there!
